Andrew has managed the GLCP since 2008. Prior to 2008, Andrew developed conservation plans on behalf of numerous local governments and non-profit organizations in New Jersey. He holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences from Notre Dame, and a master’s degree in environmental planning from Rutgers University. He is licensed by the American Institute of Certified Planners.
