Applications and Resources

Loans are available for permanent land conservation projects, including fee-title and easement acquisitions.

Applicants can submit conservation project proposals. The project proposal will determine eligibility, assist GLCP staff with making referrals for other potential funding sources, if needed, and identify necessary technical support.

Complete applications must include a certified appraisal, the landowner's signature, and in the case of a proposed conservation easement, a fully-negotiated easement document. The Land Conservation Council considers fully-reviewed applications at each of its quarterly meetings, pending available funds.
